How old is the venue?
The venue dates back to the 1800s. We estimate about 150 years old. It recently went through a lengthy renovation that lasted a year and a half in 2018 and 2019.
I get to see the secret place?
Yes! We would be happy to schedule you a tour and answer any questions. We are available by appointment Monday - Friday 10:00 am- 4:00 pm.

What is the venue capacity?
Goncanseco is able to accommodate small gatherings and large events of up to 400 guests. Please reach out if you have any questions as this can be modified on case by case basis.
Does our event have to end at certain time?
Yes, all events must conclude at 1:00am, and start disassembly at 1:00am to 8:00am
Can i use an Event/Wedding Planner?
Yes! We prefer the use of an event/wedding planner or organizer as it will allow for a more successful event because they are experienced and well equipped for most situations.
What are the venue restrictions?
It is forbidden to use fireworks, only cold pyrotechnics are allowed.
Damaging Goncanseco's structures to set up decorations is not allowed.
Animals are not allowed.
Do you have the layout of the space?
Yes, you can download it from here.
Do you have a preferred vendors list?
Absolutely! Once you are booked, you will have access to your favorite vendors list.
Is your Venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Our Venue and Patio are all wheelchair accessible, and the venue including a bathroom for disabled guests.
What is the payment schedule?
10% at the contract signature
40% is due 6 months before the event
50% is due 1 month before the event
Do you have a parking space
Yes, we have plenty of space for parking! We have about 50 parking spaces for you, your guests, and your wedding suppliers.
